RSC finish Bead blocks

 

My Rainbow Scrap Challenge 2024 blocks were these bead blocks.  Love how this quilt turned out!  It has been gifted to my boss.  The quilt pattern makes me think of beads in a doorway.

I got the batik backing for a steal on one of our group shop hops and it's perfect for my hippie boss!

My girlfriend Doreen Hammond did the custom quilting on it!  She does a great job!  It's beautiful!

Finnegan's baby quilt

 

We had a new grandbaby!  This is the quilt I made for Finnegan Allen.  His theme is alligators.  We were at the hospital with him while my girlfriend quilted it and she was nice enough to make the backing minkie into the binding for me while I was busy snuggling! 

Finished August 19, 2024...yeah, I'm behind in posting finishes but I'm loving all my time being a Grammy!
